We did all we could to locate additional copies.

We were hoping to scare up some additional copies from my business partner who resides in hurricane-prone Tampa Bay, Florida. I was hoping to be able to get at least 100 additional copies from him. However, I later learned that all of the copies he had suffered water damage from the final hurricane of last year and were no longer sellable in his eyes. The book had gone out of print last year after its initial publishing in 1999, and we picked up the final few hundred that our publisher had in his warehouse. That being the case, I have no other alternative but to pronounce
